Availability
This changes all the time, so instead of a complicated online calendar, just call us on 07774 725083 or email info@devonclassiccampers.co.uk and we’ll let you know straight away if your dates are free.
How to book
Just call us on 07774 725083 or email bookings@devonclassiccampers.co.uk. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the hire cost secures your dates, and we accept credit or debit cards over the phone, or cheques.
We will send confirmation of your booking by email, and the balance for your hire is due 3 weeks prior to the start of your hire period.
We hold a £750 security deposit during the hire period, payable either by credit or debit card swipe, or cash. This is refunded to you on the safe return of your camper van and its contents.
What’s included in our prices
You can book any of our vans for a week or two, or for shorter breaks outside the summer holiday season (July and August). Our hire prices include:
• Fully comprehensive insurance for one driver
• Unlimited mileage throughout the South West (Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset)
• RAC breakdown cover
• “Drive away” awning with inner tent and extra camp beds if you need them
• 240V mains power with a looooong hook-up lead
• 3 way fridge (Gas/12v/240v)
• Free standing 2 burner hob and grill
• Sink with onboard water
• Internal and outdoor table and chairs
• Cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery
• 2 bottles of Campingaz
• Radio/CD player
• Interior lights
• Touring maps
Extras
You can add the following extras to your hire:
• Additional driver insurance cover £5.00 per day
• Collection from Tiverton Parkway station £20 per trip
• Collection from Exeter airport or rail stations £35 per trip
• Bedding – double set £25
• Bedding – single set £15
• Fiamma cycle rack (2 bikes) £10
• Pets (furry mammals only, no tigers please) £20 per hire

Grub's up!
We can also supply superb ready meals for your trip thanks to our friend Jack Chilli, who makes fantastic curries, pasta dishes and loads of other quality tucker. Call us for menus and prices or visit www.jackchilli.co.uk and try not to dribble on your keyboard.
Age restrictions
You can hire one of our campers as long as you are over 25, and have a relatively clean UK licence that you’ve held for at least a year. Our insurers recognise that even my Mum might have a few points now that the country is littered with “velocity tax” cameras, but you need to let us know at the time of booking.
Mileage and fuel
We offer unlimited mileage in our vans, but only in the West Country. That means the four counties of Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset, unless you weren’t sure. If you want to take one of our vans further afield, just let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll give you the nod (unless you’re heading for Morocco).
The vans are supplied full of unleaded, and we ask that they are returned the same way.
